I can understand that kind of damage reduction in regular Control matches and such, but that is really strong in Momentum Control in my opinion. I've already seen multiple teams Well- spamming in my matches and it's pretty crazy. You can't use primaries or even abilities against that. The damage scaling just makes that impossible unless your entire team attacks at once. I know that there are counter-plays against that, but not many with matchmaking.
