It won’t be available unless he has purchased that season.
But when witch queen comes out the past year of seasonal content is going away. So unless he’s dying to have it now would probably be smarter (and cheaper) to just wait for it to go in the kiosk when WQ releases.

But he bought beyond light and the season passes. That includes season of the chosen. He can access season of the chosen seasonal activities. Maybe I’ll try an activity with him or something. Good call on TWQ though.
