Yea I never got it in D1, someone told me it was quest exclusive and then when the quest was removed I was told it is obtainable by drops. I farmed for it 64 exotics in 3 days and still no juju. Sigh

It's because the particular architype (lightweight frame) that Bad Juju is a part of is currently not in a good spot when it comes to the overall performance, especially in higher end PvE activities. You may have a better time with an adaptive or high impact Pulse
