I still havent gone flawless and im still geting matched with teams that have flawless memebers in it.

Yeah, that still seems to happen quite often. Iirc my first game on 3rd weekend had two top 1% elo players on the enemy team.... But overall you should have a much better odds of getting balanced games? Out of curiosity, are you solo queing, or full stacking? Have your opponents gone flawless during the weekend, or in general?

Solo and stacking. They went flawless in the weekend and prior. And every time i am 5/0d and when solo none of my team mates have gone flawless once

That sounds like a terrible time. Looked up your past few games and... none of your teammates or opponents are anywhere near your elo rating? Few were close-ish in regular crucible. Wish I could give you something useful, but best I can do is to recommend suffering the matchmaking for hours, gambling to finally get fair lobbies. The quality of matches has definetly fallen since week 1, and labs only made it worse... Hopefully it'll be in a better shape once it returns from it's hiatus.
