I Agree Freelance is The Way
All the People crying about having a easy flawless because of stomping the Majority of solo players against Stacked Teams is not Competitive nor the way forward.
Having them face the same skill level would not only let the player perform and learn better but become better in general.
Instead of Easy Wins for the Players that invests alot of time in this game.
You want to play with friends go ahead and play team against team.
You want to play solo go ahead and play freelance.
Top 1% Crying because they cant carry or get a easy flawless.

Most people, including me, don't want freelance because for the first time ever we now have a decent population playing the mode. It's already divided by flawless and non-flawless pools, and dividing that to solo and team mm would be disastrous. It would turn trials back to just as shitty as it used to be.

I don’t think it will. Sure will it kinda split the player base I guess. Yet it will allow people the choice to play only solo players. So if they don’t have friends or people to play with they can go play freelance. Now I’m not saying this will make lobbies easier because it won’t. It’ll just make it so you don’t go up against 3 stacks. Personally I don’t care if they add freelance or not but it’s not a bad thing like you and others think it will be. Iron Banner has it and so does Survival yet no one complains that those have it. So I truly want to know the exact reason why you and plenty others think it’s a bad idea and it’ll kill trials. Don’t tell people that oh it’s bad because it’ll split the player base up or it’s bad because it’ll kill trials. I want to know actual in depth reasons why you think it’s bad.

The in depth reason is that it'll split the player base??? It's already split in 2 pools and when freelance arrives it'll get split in to total of 4 pools. It will quite literally go back to the same as it was 2 months ago, where you match only 10-15 different teams on a given day. With the population that we have that just isn't going to work. It barely works with iron banner and surely as hell doesn't work with survival, because no one plays that mode.

So that way it’ll do it only 3 times but you’ll face any type of player in freelance. Yet if I want to play with a friend I’m going to play against stacks which is fine. Then when I go flawless I only play against other flawless players when it’s the flawless pool. But if I don’t want to play against stacks while playing solo I should have the option to play freelance.
