As long there is peer-to-peer and specific players have connection advantages, players wil keep leaving.
Why should someone stay in a match, where players are lagging or seeeing you a second earlier on their screens?
Why should players stay in a match, where an auto rifle death feels like a rocket launcher or a sniper headshot?
Many people are not stupid, you know?

Why should you stay? Because it kills the game when people leave constantly, and because if you do leave you should get a temporary ban, and the match counts as a loss.

You are entitled to leave casual game modes if you want, but if you queue up in comp, you are joining a game that people are going to want to take a little more seriously. If you think you are going to leave because of minor perceived connection advantage, you shouldn't queue at all. It is also important to remember you are only perceiving the enemy has advantage, you could have the advantage and just not know it because you may suck.

You got money for competitive mode or osiris? No. Then it's just a game, meaning no penalties.
-
The game mode is called COMPETITIVE. If you can't be COMPETITIVE and tough it out, don't play at all.

When there's 50% or more Xbox players in the lobby, I automatically leave. Latency issues just make it unplayable.
