Titans need capes, Warlocks need face shrouds and hoods on more of their helmets, and Hunters need scarfs and Ghillie Ponchos, Cybernetic netting ponchos, and of course the standard variety.

typically i hate the idea of other classes getting hoods or capes but this idea would actually work really well
