What’s the point of joining a endgame playlist that requires team play and communication solo?

Trials is bungies pvp endgame activity. It's a vital part of their marketing. So destiny 2 has over 20million registers players. A lot of them are solo. Only 50k - 100k were playing trials. Then only 10% of those players went flawless. It doesn't look very good for statistics and marketing.

Except it has been fine for like…six seven years. So no. Facts prove leaving trials for top tier pvp players has no discernible impact.

Fact is that it's bungies game. They want more people accessing their game and they want people to have fun. If you think bungie is going to provide just to a small group of people then you're wrong. Bungie wants to be inclusive to all players. Catering to a small group isn't good for business. There's plenty of games out there which reward the top players. Like games with e-sports
