Because the no-life strimmers think it’s too easy to get loot, so we all have to suffer.

I find streamers annoying and usually of the clown variety of people, but do we really have to blame EVERYTHING on them? I very much have a life and haven't streamed once yet the loot is fine to me. Imagine that, a difference of opinion.
-
Not entirely sure what a no life strimmer is, but I can confirm loot is relatively easy to get in this game. I would suggest that if you think otherwise then this probably isn't the game for you.
-
I'm not a no life streamer and loot is pretty damn easy to get in this game.
Because the no-life strimmers think it’s too easy to get loot, so we all have to suffer.
Ive never even watched a twitch stream and I think it’s fair to work for rewards. If you think it’s just streamers that enjoy grind (esp in a game who’s main mechanics are grind and rng) in this game then idk what to tell you. The whole “blame the streamers” is such an asinine sheep comment. Cmon use your head to form your own opinions. This game would be so incredibly boring if rewards were all easy and fast to get.

Cmon use your head to form your own opinions.
Well, knowing Bungie said that the streamers are "our community leaders" during the first "community summit". They are to blame more than you care to admit. It's not asinine knowing Bungie puts them way above the entire player base because of the free advertisement. Even Luke Smith used Datto to justify a nerf that took place a while back in a TWAB. It looks like to me that you don't want to look at what has actually been taking place.
This game would be so incredibly boring if rewards were all easy and fast to get.
Not that that hasn't happened with the base game, but the game is incredibly boring whether loot is handed out like candy or not because of how boring the game is designed. Boring compnay = boring game. At least Activision gave this game some life. Oh, and before the stupid comment comes "then why are you here". It's because I can be and it's my choice, no one else's.

Thanks for the tldr. You can't compare a job, something that almost everyone (except the very few financially secure, or self sustaining) needs to live, to a video game, a luxury item that no one needs to live.

I mean yeah, but the game is largely built around an rng focussed loot system. If rng isn't any given persons cup of tea, then it probably isn't the game for them. They literally can't please everyone unfortunately. I love the rng aspect. It's the element of the unknown, the surprise. The grind is the game etc Sometimes it's harsh, other times it's quick. It all balances out but I suspect many people have selective memory and only remember the times rng didn't shine on them.

Well I don't know what to tell ya. Maybe play another game if this one isn't for you. Since the introduction of legendary lost sectors granting exotics for solo clears, I have had a great number of the new seasonal exotics within the first 3 clears, even a couple on the very first one. On the flip side, I think the most clears it ever took was 14 or something. Either way, this game throws loot at the player...I personally would rather it was even rarer to obtain...but hey ho that's just my opinion.

Your comparison is idiotic.

It's idiotic because you're comparing real life to a video game.

See that's not the issue. I'm sure everyone even the casuals like to grind from time to time, alot of games these days have grinds to them. The thing that sucks, as the OP mentioned, is running something 20+ times and still not get anything is just ridiculous. I have a buddy who hates these solo LS but I helped him gear up, told him which weapon and mods to use and he went farming. 44 runs later and he only has 17 cores to show for it and planetary materials lol. I honestly would of gave up after 15 or 20. The thing is, they arent THAT fun, champions can be buggy sometimes theres enough YT videos that show it, and then not getting the loot(gear you chasing) to drop? Yea makes alot of ppl unhappy

You genuinely could not be more wrong about this. The exotics exclusive to legend and master lost sectors were specifically made for all the solo casual players complaining that there isn't anything for them to grind, that's it that's their entire reason for existing. Why in the world would content creators who all have loads of people to grind stuff with ask for solo loot grinding?
-
I wouldn't say a casual player would ask for this. Doing a solo lost sector is the most frustrating and tedious thing and I don't see anything but hardcore solo players asking for it.
-
How long does it take you to complete a lost sector?
-
Well I doubt they specifically used the words "I want master lost sectors" hahaha but it has been said by bungie themselves that the whole system was designed based off solo player feedback
-
Bungie lies....a lot.
