OBVIOUS TRIALS CHEATING
Just had a trials game where an enemy had full heavy ammo (10+ colony shots) at the start of every round and was blatantly using an aimbot with a sniper (that again had more than 2 rounds at the start of every round)
How the heck is this not caught immediately and permabanned????

23 RepliesSo I went through your game history and found a guy that was a 0.87 K/D overall. But, he has a string of matches with K/D between 2.0 and 5.0. In all of those matches, he had 100% precision accuracy with Succession and more Colony/Hoosegow kills than possible in a Trials match. Sometimes he'd have a total of 8 heavy kills. So you're not lying. I can't put the link here (pesky Ninjas), but yeah. You faced a cheater. Hopefully he gets caught quickly.

The clan also has multiple banned and dead accounts and he was playing in a duo with another clan-mate. aka cheater clan My guess is the cheat dealers finally got up to date with the current battle eye plus any updated or improved anti-cheat on bungies side. Even had a guy intentionally flexing his aim bot on me and doing squats cross map on me while shooting the ground and the bullets still tracked onto my head as he zipped around the map...Sad we only got 3 weeks of more or less cheatless pvp.

Bungie have no interest in getting rid of cheating if they had the problem would have been dealt with long ago.bungie are lazy,good example is this week quests.way finders voyage 5 quest had taken instead of scorn ,children are taught to Check their work after they finish,bungie never ever proof test anything .They have grown accustomed to the players fixing their lazy childish mistakes.They don't care if quests are wrong.They want your money with as little on their part as possible,hence all the recycled weapons,ships,armour ect.I doubt very much that they have anti cheat system in place,they won't spend money to check their own work so why would they bother with getting rid of cheats .Cheats spend money as well.

Make a game or millions$$$.

What i dont like is the streamers who play with bungie Dev saying "I have not seen any cheaters"...Well of course not bcuz they know you have connects to bungie..why would they even match you and cheat on purpose

3 RepliesI was up against a dude who was iether invincible or lagging to hell. A full bastion discharge point blank to the head while both of my teammates are handcannon and sub machine gunning this dude. And he just calmly kills them both, turns around, and shotguns me in the face. Yeah.

3 Repliesi played someone twice today that left the match and rejoined, they spawned in dead but the game would not progress. they just waited it out until we left. Normally I would chalk this down to an error code, but it happened twice against the same person so I checked their stats out of curiosity and low and behold they have multiple flawless runs this week, multiple carries and zero kills. Reported them for investigation.

I think the system is def working tho. I’ve played prob close to 200 trials matches since battlEye was deployed and I haven’t faced a single cheater. That is compared to the pre-battlEye days where you were lucky if you didn’t face a cheater in a give card.

12 RepliesYeah. Unfortunately it's a neverending battle. Hacker comes up with new hack and anticheat has to be improved to fix it. Still, Battleeye greatly cuts down on cheating. Most people who use cheats buy them. They have no clue how they work and anticheat will eventually detect and ban them. It also greatly affects paid recoveries because if these recoveries use cheats on a customer account that customer will probably be account banned. Word gets around. People stop buying. It will never eliminate all cheating, but it will greatly reduce it.

Found that guy in your history. Man it’s wild how blatant that cheating was. Cheated to get flawless and then turned it off and plays like absolute trash.

9 RepliesSo... You do know we can check your game history, right? It shows which weapons were used and how many kills were scored with each. The only "colony user" in your history scored 2 kills with it, nothing more. That is all.
