Rapid fire pulses need some help. I have a Darkest Before with one for all and even with 35% bonus damage, it still feels weak.

Darkest before is one of the top performers in crucible. It's definitely not underpowered.

This post said clearly PVE. Who cares if it is good in pvp, pve is a different beast.
