I think the Outbreak exotic perk needs a little bit of love. The damage increase on consecutive hits feels a little bit too weak even with the catalyst

It still has a self generating buff without the need to kill anything. It’s the only primary ATM that can Out DPS vex atm (6 users vs Boss) It has zero recoil, and a AOE effect. It’s still very good. Definitely still a top tier weapon

yep they nerfed it long ago and basicaly killed that weapon. But that applies to many weaps from special activity, like whisper...

To my memory they never nerfed it directly besides stopping you from stacking nanities on immune targets. What killed it was the auto-loading nerfs.

not directly, thats correct. Problem is that everything else got buffed. And yea, lack of autoloading hit them hard

Also the fact no one’s really willing or able to run it as a team, which is where the crazy boss DPS actually kicks in.
