Hi there. Unfortunately you will have to continue trying to get a hold of the Bungie Store through their customer service email. The forums here are a separate entity and do not have access to the information you're looking for.

Hi there, Thanks for the reply, is there any other contact for the store other than the customer service option at the bottom of the page? I have done that so many times and I have yet to hear anything and from what I have seen many others are experiencing the same issue since the store changes. Thanks
