I made a mistake.

Before you start typing I want you to read everything before you comment "shouldn't cheat" or "this isn't the place to ask" This past update made the game not run very well on my pc, to the point where it was unplayable unless I did something specific. I went into task manager, changed which cores the game ran on, and boom +40/60fps. I found this trick worked in every game I played, so I kept doing it. It eventually got annoying to the point where I had to find a way to do it automatically. ( I won't link it here or say it to prevent other people from using it.) I found a program that would do it, and it got me banned. Apparently it can be used in some games to cheat which I hadn't known before installing. After finding that out I uninstalled it, and found a different program on steam which is more well known and safer(CPUcores). I'm not sure why I'm even writing this, I guess just hoping for any shred of forgiveness for my neglect to read deeper into what I install. I've already put in a appeal, but I think it was just ignored. Could someone here please read it over and see if I deserve forgiveness. 11110 is the Case ID. This is the part for the random forum users. I didn't cheat, nor did I know it could be used for cheating before being banned. I'm not great at pvp, and I don't play it often. You can check my trials report or my raid report if you don't believe me. I've been playing since D1 and D2 beta, I'd never intentionally risk losing access to the game I love the most. One other thing, please improve the way Bungie interacts with their playerbase. It feels like I'm falling down screaming at bungie for help and not a soul is looking back.
