Hey,
Are you in orbit when you are trying to collect the bounties? While loading into an activity they wont acquire.
EX: Loading into a strike / landed into a strike.
You wont be able to pick up a bounty.
Also, I have had a issue to where I have to acquire them a few times for it to pop up.

In orbit, offline, sitting in the tower, sitting in the cosmodrome, etc.. It just never goes through. :-(

Same here. Having issues. Then just got a message saying too much time without an answer.
