Explosive light is not much effort either. With orb generating weapon u will have 6xtimes the buff in no time. That is six rockets with 15% damage buff and blast radius increase. It stays on stowed weapon and also gather new stacks on stowed weapon. What is there to not like ?
And on top of that elemental well buffs , god slayer rockets.

or just use vorpal and get the same buff without needing to pick up orbs and being limited to only 6 buffed shots and not need to worry about dying to lose your stacks. what reason is there to use explosive light?

are you trying to tell me you need the extra 15% damage on a rocket launcher to kill a dregg?

Other than champions there's no reason to use heavy on ads. And if I used a rocket on champions lasting impression does more damage. Don't remember the exact roll, but my buddy has it I think
