Hi. Thanks for your report.
Did your friends also receive a Mercy and get to go to the Lighthouse? Did you ever leave a match at any point? Looking at your games, one matches resulted in you vs a three-stack and no one received any points. What happened during this match?

Both my team-mates had a flawless mercy passage after our loss was cancelled out due to mercy, one of them who is in the thread named ‘Excaliber’ was in my fire team both got their flawless loot and was allowed to the lighthouse but mine says ‘requires flawless’ despite me getting 7 wins and 1 loss, I had mercy so it should’ve cancelled the loss out. The game your talking about had to have been when it booted us out of the queue the game never even started since we literally was booted out of queue and had to queue back into trials. They both got the lighthouse chest, this was my first card of the season too, I havnt even had more than a single loss yet but I still don’t get my flawless rewards.

If your card showed a loss then that means your Mercy already applied to another game, so that loss being displayed means that you didn't go flawless. This could be due to the queue throwing you out of the game since that game specifically just shows you in the game and the enemy team.

also this makwes 0 sense since this match shows up for my other two-mates too but they still managed to get their flawless passage you can even check for yourself JSawdy Excaliber Zanu was our team all played the same amount of wins, all had fresh mercy passages, they both went to lighthouse and i wasnt able too. 8 GAMES 7 WINS 1 LOSS same for all three of us and then we have an extra game which was when we kicked out of queue which counted as neither. There was no other games played. my first card of the season after the trials rework and this is what happened.

Unfortunately, regardless of how it happened, we're unable to remove this loss and we're unable to grant you access to the Lighthouse. The only way to access it is to get there with a Flawless ticket.

If I don’t get my flawless and lighthouse gear then what is the point of me even playing? When you can’t deliver on gear and loot that is promised for those who get the 7 wins with no more than 1 loss? You basically telling me that you can’t do anything is you just saying that I’m basically wasting my time playing Your game. And I know for a fact you can fix this because you’ve given others lighthouse passage before. I have all the proof required but yet you say there’s nothing you can do because I require ‘flawless’ when I literally did that. Trials is pointless for me now cos what if this happens again and again and again. I know you guys can help me get so please do it. I’m not going to go for flawless again knowing this will happen again. Both my team-mates playing in every game with me, they got their rights to the lighthouse and I did not because of Nothing.

This is pretty messed up....with 8 games and 7 wins logged. There's no way for a non mercy loss to exist. The only explanation is when we were in queue and got "something went wrong" before we even left orbit. Me and our 3rd got flawless and had to celebrate without our MVP on the first card of the season! Let the man into the lighthouse. You can't give our experience of togetherness back, but you can give him that.

And for you to say i need a flawless ticked when the proof is right there is beyond me. Look at the last 8 games, look at my trials wins from today. there no way Im not able to get my rewards which i deserve, what is the point in playing to not get rewards which are promised due to an error within your game. https://crucible.report/report/1/4611686018459016819 please look and see my trials wins from today there is only 1 loss and i had a fresh passage

I'll say this though dude, trials is pretty free right now, just give it a go again and you'll get flawless. It's not nearly as bad as it once was

I lost once the entire time, even says that on my record, one loss which should be cancelled due to my mercy passage which I picked up before I started playing. I lost one Game….so me missing out on my flawless when I had mercy makes no sense to me

It makes sense because I also got booted before a match. I can even see it on my history, even though no one got any kills in that match.

Did you lose before you started your 7 wins? As with no wins 1 loss will clear your mercy still. So if you lost with no wins, your mercy got wiped. If you forgot to reset your card after it, that would be why

No I didn’t I lost ONCE and one time only it was a brand new passage that I picked up TODAY so how is my mercy applying to another loss when there is only 1 loss to begin with
