Prime Gaming Bundles can only be redeemed once, regardless of whether or not your accounts were correctly linked at the time it was originally claimed.

Anyway, thank you, the link has been restored, but the rewards still don't show up in the history, well, I wanted the sparrow, but I hope at least the ones for the next few months do.

I am having the same issue, when i click unlink in my settings it does nothing. What did you do to unlink your prime gaming?

Well, to tell you the truth I just reactivated/renewed the link, I didn't get the past rewards already redeemed on prime, but I did get this month's, which to me is ridiculous since they're my rewards, so I couldn't unlink just renew and I did this following the other answer I got.

I hope it doesn't happen to other people, I didn't play for a while and just redeemed the rewards in prime gaming, when I went back to play I didn't even bother to look, so the last bundle had a sparrow that was of interest to me, I rescued it and saw that there was nothing in my game that is frustrating but there is nothing i can do. Glad you managed to make it work.
