Can't use Prismatic Recaster.
I've unlocked and used it on my warlock. Switched over to Titan and now I cant use it. I should have completede all the quest other people say should have been done.
I'm kinda stuck and it seems like there is no solution anywhere.
- Well, idk. The quest popped up now, didn't do anything since post. Lol
