Hi there!
Strider's Slash: Fully upgrade any of the Hunter Arc subclasses.
May not be available to older players after New Light launched, but appears to be available to brand new players (after completing the New Light questlines).
Walker's Warp: Emblem will drop once you fully upgrade any tree in the Void subclass.
May not be available to older players after New Light launched, but appears to be available to brand new players (after completing the New Light questlines).
Hero of the Infinite: Earned after completing the Curse of Osiris campaign.
No longer obtainable after Curse of Osiris (and related destinations) entered the DCV.
Warden of Nothing: Complete the Nightfall Warden of Nothing once.

I've completed the curse of Osiris campaign awhile ago(while it was still available) and got nothing. I've also completed all available nightfalls before and never got anything from them. Bungie needs to step up their game with player support. They leave it to the fans to do as "volunteer" work in the forums. It's pretty ridiculous. I love the game, but when I have any issue it is always a pain to solve. These emblems have been an issue that I've been trying to fix on my own for awhile. Finally when I try to get support bungie purposefully makes it difficult so they don't have to deal with the problem.
