So what then is our recourse when they take our money for purchases from their store, fail to deliver, lock you out of your account due to some ‘update’ at the back end of July and for which I cannot reset my password, and then proceed to ignore every email request for help or clarification? Avoid the store at all costs guys and gals. If they don’t deliver, there is no way to hold them accountable!
