I am having the same issues. Don’t know why but I am. PLEASE FIX.

This issue was resolved over a week ago. To unlock the Recaster in season 15 you need to progress the Wayfinder's Voyage I quest up to step #3.

Hello, I am on step 15 on the quest and still not working. On my map it shows that there is something for me at the splicer servitor but when I go there it says there are no items available here. Is there anything else I’m supposed to do for it to work?
