I have the same problem on ps4. I've tried everything, but I still get the error code.

I got it working again, I just restarted my router as one final attempt and it worked. there is a small chance that it was just a coincidence as I didn't try to launch the game until after restarting the router but I doubt it, if the issue happens again I'll restart the router once more to make sure.

I tried this yesterday, it didn't work. Tried it again today after reading your reply, and it worked this time! Thanks for the reply, I'll be restarting the router next time too.
