Are you playing over wifi? I often see those being restricted do and with peer to peer games like desriny wifi is very unreliable even if your tested speeds are decent constant stability is never possible over wifi due to how unstable and easily disrupted wifi signals can be. If you are over wifi its best to change to wired and ensure your Nat is open. If you are too far from your moden fear not run a pass through setup (its what I use) and it essentially becomes a wired connection.

Only people who have habitual internet issues are getting restricted. Take this time to sort out your internet issue & stop thinking you don’t. Obviously Bungie is telling you that you do have an issue.
