You said what everyone is thinking. I used to love playing pvp but am forcing myself to not play in boycott. This is the only way for them to do something about this side of the game. Come play pve with us. GM will challenge you a bit. I know it isn't the same but it will give you something to shoot at while Bungie contemplates doing something.

  • I don't like PvP or Trials just as much as the next guy. But at least I don't cheat it, like you.

  • Okay... I know its hard to understand basic English language but stay with me here. What is the definition of cheating? "act dishonestly or unfairly in order to gain an advantage." Now, I'm going to break this down so you can understand. Firstly you are acting dishonestly by manipulating the matchmaking/networking of the game to win matches by matching people you are wintrading with. This then grants you the unfair advantage of being able to win matches without having to actually participate in the mode as its intended. Bungie, doesn't classify it specifically as cheating and it comes under network manipulation but it can still be classified as cheating or "cheating the system". TL;DR Learn English.

Ok im gonna be blunt here, cheating is breaking the rules, as long as you dont break the rules set by authorities in this case bungie you are fine, if you cant prove that i broke the law then im still innocent And no nobody is network manipulating or use third parties or whatever the -blam!- you genius are spitting Its just two people using the same connection and i checked every single tos or coc or whatever by bungie and nowhere do i see that its bannable, if you think im wrong link it and prove me.wrong ill accept it Tl,dr - get a brain

  • Yes, cheating is breaking the rules. What is Bungie's rules? "Modification or interruption of Destiny network traffic with intent to disrupt the experience of other players or to gain an advantage in the game." Now if it is simply you matchmaking at the same time as other people on the same network without any outside influence then you are "technically" fine as its an issue within the game that Bungie has not fixed. However, if you do anything outside of the game to influence the matchmaking in anyway then you are breaking the rules. Although, it is still technically network manipulation as you are using the same network to bypass the matchmaking system and influencing it. Its pretty easy to prove you have anomalous game history as you win many trials games in a row without an opposing team and any kills or normal stats from a game of Trials. The only way to achieve that is usually through network manipulation.

'Now if it is simply you matchmaking at the same time as other people on the same network without any outside influence then you are "technically" fine as its an issue within the game that Bungie has not fixed' this is what everyones been doing all these years lmao, this isnt new and bungie never bans for something they are responisble for, and its not against rules in any way nobody is network manipulation, just exploiting a glitch in mm, they can fix this glitch as easily as removing the 'searching for players' lmao they dont wanna do it and again, you have no proof of if a person is using this glitch or network manipulating, its innocent until proven guilty many people dont even know about this glitch thats why they call people cheater if they have 200+ kills in just one game lmao, its not cheating or hacking or whatever the term is, its just using a glitch, and the best part ? it doesnt hurt anyone

. Manipulating matchmaking to only match people within a certain area is called NETWORK manipulation. Which is clearly against Bungie's T.o S. You should educate yourself before spewing dumb stuff. Edit : You also do the same pathetic shit no wonder you are trying so hard to defend it . Reported . Another tool .

  • You still manipulate the matchmaking filter , I know how this shit works. You don't just match the same people 7 times in a row . But keep trying . Each time you respond I'm reporting you btw. Go out and get some sunshine instead of cheating in a videogame . Might make your life a bit more meaningful.

It's actually pathetic how a game can't be coded to register that even for how low population trials can get , you cant have 7 consecutive matches end under 1 min. Like it's not hard to set a cool down timer to boot people out of matches and give them a loss if they finishes matches in less than a minute more than 3 matches in a row.

  • I’m in the same boat. I have significantly reduced playing PvP and mostly play PVE now. I used to never touch PVE, but it is way better than PvP now.
