Thank all of you for interest and replies. As an FYI, my psp4 is Ethernet connected to my WiFi. The signal I get into the house is regularly over 400 mbps. There is huge drop off coming to my psp4 but that is due to the age of the psp4. My signal going into my computer, phone and tablet remains close to 200 or a bit over. So my psp4 is doing the best the technology in the box has. Overall, I generally know when the problems I encounter are mine to fix, in my post I was just making the point a lot of you agree with, that Bungie is quick to shift the blame to the players when they should be looking at themselves in many cases. I’m not sure what Bungie could do, just that I simply do not experience connection problems in other games I play on the psp4, that’s all.

Sorry the way you use the team "WiFi" is what had me confused. WiFi is specifically wireless connection, you have an Ethernet cable connected to your router/modem, not your WiFi. That's the only reason why I put that suggestion in. Your internet is plenty fast enough to game without any issues.
