I like this idea. Something like an endgame activity for casuals. Make it difficult without adding champions so that you can create any kind of build you want while getting the satisfaction of knowing you made something good enough to hang.

This won't work as D2 follows the open world concept. Making several versions of each zone means a lot more work as you have to maintain not only one but several environments.
