Have you done them the normal way on your other characters? Each character has to have done a regular run for the legend/master version to appear for that character.

Nothing again! So daily reset don’t help either, so I’m limited to the select few Lost sectors to get the loot. 1 character no Prob but the other 2 don’t know how to fix even after running them the normal way.

Yep done them. Was quarry I ran it normally but nothing happened after completion
