You shouldnt be surprised. They are afraid of putting pre-made teams against each other and solos versus solos. After Activision left, they were clueless on what to prioritize when it came to the sandbox and any QOL updates needed to balance the game. Bungie I feel make blanket changes last minute just to say they made changes.

Activision has been gone from Bungie for a while now. There is no excuse on how priorities are handled on the game you were given a full license to handle. You can even see it in how they handle content whether it is Raids or Eververse. You keep believing that Bungie cares about their community. Has they made changes? Yes, but what improvements are being made for the game itself. Gambit is terrible. PVP is in the worst state possible and I am sure more sunsetting is on its way in some way, shape or form. Ask yourself, why do they never use the forums to discuss matters with the community concerning the game. When was the last time you saw DMG or Cozmos come into the forums?

Well seeing as they have jobs that provide for their family yeah they kinda do care. If you are so unhappy then why don't ya stop playing. Its not a hard concept

As far as families goes, I am quite sure none of them took a pay cut and I am quite sure they spend loads of time with their family. If they can charge us for garbage content then we can share our thoughts and opinions on the game. Stop trying to make excuses for mediocre work. There are plenty of other developers in the same boat in different companies yet they are providing much more sustenance then what we are being provided.

You made 0 sense why would they need to take a pay cut first off, why does it matter to you how much time someone else spends with their family. Secondly na it isn't its capitalism if I don't like say ben and Jerry's I'm not going to continue going there. I would spend my time else where as well as my money elsewhere as soon as I realized I didn't like it.

I dislike the current state of the game but it doesnt mean I hate the game. Understand the difference and stop telling people what to do with their game. Did you purchase Destiny for me? Are you a developer? Can you fix the issues plaguing this game? If not, kindly remove yourself from the post otherwise this conversation will continue to be a waste of my time and effort especially since you want to control players on how they address matters concerning a game they purchase with their own money. You dont get to dictate what I say or do. You only get to control your life and not others so kick rocks. You have lost your mind assuming you are someone’s boss in the forums. I am a consumer of Destiny and I shall vent my frustration how I see fit. It requires 0 effort from you. So unless you are going to pay me for this frustration, I suggest you move along.

They weren't "clueless". When they split with Activision they lost a THIRD of the workforce working on the game. THEN they went right into a power struggle within Bungie over what kind of game Destiny would be, and who would lead it into the future. ...and the PVP faction LOST. So those people left, and had to be replaced. Oh, and then a pandemic hit.
