This is already stupid. Why do you limit the amount of consumables that we can have? D2 does NOT allow you to have more than what they already limit and some of them are seriously a problem.
For example, the ascendent shard is limited up to 10, Spoils of Conquest is up to 240, Enhancement Prism is up to 50, and Upgrade module is up to 25.
Ironically, other consumables don't have any storage limitation. Gunsmith materials is a great example. Not only allow you to have up to 9999 maximum space, it also allows you to have more than 9999!
Bungie, you really need to remove the storage limitation for some consumables!

Agreed. Unfortunately the moderator view on the matter comes off as what so many players are guilty of doing in this game: there way of playing and view(s) on the game are the be all end all. Smh can't even ask why this guy has this opinion? Gotta simply just say it's useless to hoard them based on the way you play the game? High stat rolled gear with the player's desired stats are at a premium in this game. Not to mention armor has three different types of elemental burns, which in turn have elemental specific mods that go with them. No offense, but if you played as much end game pve and pvp content as myself and the many others from that portion of the community do you'd more than likely understand where this person is coming regarding his stance on inventory space. Moral of this rant is everyone plays the game different. I'll quote a what can be described as a controversial statement by the developer of this game: "Play as you want" ;).
