Legendaries with damage perks and more ammo reserves will do more overall damage. So what? Then use the legendary. It's not bungie to blame but a whining community that unfortunately bungie try to cater to which in most cases just back fires because when they fix what some dislike it bring out the other kids that dislike what they've done. Maybe the kids these days shouldn't take a game so seriously and simply enjoy it or not and find some other game to play or other avenues of entertainment.

And i dont really care about the whining community argument, if it sucks it sucks, just that, it was made to deal heavy damage while being slow, but literally there are multiple exotics that are already way better in that, and faster, and all exotics should be at least powerful, not completely meta, but not shit.

What you think they should be is what you say you don't care about, a whining community. It's a fun weapon to use and is good to use for high burst damage even though other weapons out perform it. If you think its crap then why bother using it or even thinking about it that leads to complaining about it. Use what you enjoy and think is good.
