This happens to me on that public event all the time. Several times I've started that event ALONE and finished the event ALONE and could not open the chest with the same message. I simply avoid that event now. :-( Happens on the tangled shore where the scourge is fighting Spider's helpers. You kill all the scourge and mini boss and can't open the chest. I avoid that one as well now. :-(

could ghost have a active link or chief like patrols that link other rewards from the tower, i think destiny 2 did a great job with new npc stationed in those planets but they need more content assistants or robot/guards men, the areas where they do their work are vulnerable, having no shield or camouflaged means is tricky, i like the rewards like color palettes but i think there could be more music or other npc involved, these could be a bad guy talking over the PA, but the players get points without requirements to elite or complete that carry over to Orbit, tokens, noodles, to borrow keys and music, or character customization, especially for destiny ONE, getting a new ship should mean a lot of unlockable i think that spawn points for enemies is next to fix to patrols can get more original rewards and different enemies, until a said system or dlc i just want there to be more reasons to be in orbit in those planets, which can be linked to vanguard and tower submissions, the subclass alonet without DLC makes for a corner of ideas...um glass and powder GREEN! i think there should be a few more grenades or ideas for subclasses for non-DLC especially per planet since players will get stuck playtesting those game areas and testing weapons could have a per riffle or points gathere for banchsee, D1 has field weapons but without DLC cant do anythng but complain sory , so i think there should be a few more elemental and affinities which makesense, havent played destiny 2 in two years. I am enjoying Destiny ONE without DLC. Really bad event rewards and enemies could be different so far , positive comment is uhhhh good, but nothings original i dont see any exotics dropping or original weapons in D1 from events or patrols, so i always try to max out every engram weapon, currently using a Thanatos riffle, and other machineguns on primary, so i think some clubs and melee weapons or bullet types with temporary effects would be great add if they have chemical reactions or temporary effects, or ghost thingy
