Hello. You can’t transmog an item while you have it equipped.

I am having this issue with most all of my trials gear (hunter) I have the cloak and the gauntlets done and can transmog them onto any gear I have. however, I am unable to get the helmet, chest piece, or the legs... despite having them all unlocked in my collections AND currently having the chest piece in my inventory (not equipped) I tried equipping it, unequipping it and doing whatever I can. but it will not show up as a "locked" transmog.

Omg. I swear it wasn't working before when I didn't have it equipped. So I equipped it, it still didn't work. I read your response, and unequipped it, and NOW I can transmog it. What gives??
