Any capable PVP players know when to push and every PVP players have known what it's like to be pushed. Covers mean nothing when you're up against numbers rushing at you

Exactly, both ways. Hunters and Warlocks can use theirs to close their distances. Titans can't as much anymore. Level out the field a lil bit

But your argument about the previous comment was that people rush you. It's just going to encourage it. Why give an already strong class an op ability ?

It's the same for when I play my hunter. When I'm getting pushed in cover I'd use the slam to escape faster from shots. When I'm warlock I'd use the Icarus dash to escape. Either way I'd always retreat when I'm being pushed by larger numbers. Even if they use their abilities to catch up to me, there will always be that distance they need to catch up. Hunters and Warlocks abilities to escape is pretty fast. Compared to Titans now it's no different than when you're jumping and floating. The time to escape as a Titan is just too long and most likely you'd get shot mid melee. Tone the speed of their melee up a bit and at least Titans now have an fighting chance to escape properly if they're out of options
