What if xur sold 1 random rolled weapon from each non-vaulted raid for spoils or prisms.

No, they should be from vaulted raids. If the weapons are available every week, you should play the activity for it. But since Bungie decided to remove avenues to earn gear, they need to add new ones in their place

I think it would be fine as it would give non raiders a chance to taste sweet raid loot and if it's only 1 random weapons each week with a random roll, its doubtful it would be a god roll or anything OP. Plus with master vog, it seems likely all future raids will get a master mode with adept weapons, meaning there will still be exclusive for raiders. Also this gives raiders a small chance to round out collections. I mean I hate garden, but I'd like to get the bow and unfortunately the few times I've run it Ive never gotten it.
