Not really. Farming players is an inefficient way to get tokens now, doesn't give adept loot, and the population is so low that the first match is just as hard as the 7th. Low win farming is not a huge deal anymore. It still happens, but it isn't the main driver for recovs and win trading. Not by a long shot. But I'm done with this conversation. 0.4 K/D in Trials with 11 flawlesses against no opponents. Zero kills in those matches as well. No wonder you're trying to justify it...
