That same has happened to me 3 times and I’ve been trying to figure out what it is

This happened to me also with my heart set on a Witherhoard build. All I needed was this Cipher and only to have Xur complete my quest with no rewards. I don’t mind grinding because that’s the nature of RPG, but grinding for nothing is basically wasting time that I can’t have back. I’m pretty pissed to done like that. Plenty of other games to play and I won’t be giving good referrals about this game and Bungie in general to my friends…they need to fix this and do us right.

I did a search to see has this happened to others and saw that this problem has been present since last year…little glitches are fine, but having my valuable time wasted like this is unacceptable. I do admire how forgiving you are, kudos for having that temperament! Cheers!

That’s 63 strikes and a whole lot of wasted time…Bungie better fix this or it’s gonna lose customers as well as referrals.
