EoT is super unlucky I'll you that, but it took my friend 62 runs to finally get Terrabah, I know because he feels the need to complain about it everytime one of us gets a raid exotic drop lol. The swords shouldn't be that rare, I got all 3 of mine within the first week of the season. Not sure if they only drop, or drop more often, in expunge or override. If it's just not dropping anywhere, use the recaster. You can focus engrams to be season of the splicer weapons which can drop the sword, but also everything else from this season; spend a little more and you can focus engrams to drop either the GL (or RL don't remember) and swords. Since there's only 1 sword for this seasons weapons, it should give it to you as long as you're not super unlucky and just get hella GL's. Bottom Dollar was supposed to have it's drop rate increased a while ago, which I'm sure it was but it's still pretty rare. It took me to almost resetting before I got my first, hopefully yours drops sooner though. Make sure to be running the ghost mod for bonus legendary drops from wins, that could help.
