Hi there!
The Bungie forums are not able to assist with appeals of restrictions or bans. However, there is a process in place for you to appeal your ban or restriction.
Please review the ban or restriction appeal contact form found here.
Please note that, as mentioned in the article, there is no guarantee for a response, nor is there a guarantee that your ban or restriction will be overturned.
For more information on Bungie's policy regarding bans and restrictions, please review the policy found here.

The security team does not come to the forum to look for appeals. If your appeal was declined, that is the final answer.

Okay so rip my 1500hours? can't bungie give me a second chance or make it a month ban? i am okay with not doing solstice but man till now I can't stop playing the game without my main account. It's sad that i am treated the exact same as an aimbot trials hacker who ruins everybody's games and gets flawlesses. i just wanna play the game again

Time played is irrelevant. Money paid is irrelevant. Bungie treats veterans and new players the same. You were using cheat engine while playing D2. It does not matter that you did not intend to cheat in D2 only that a cheat program interacted with the game code. Bungie has warned everyone that using cheat programs intended or not while playing D2 is grounds for a ban to be issued.

Then why did you run cheat engine on Minecraft....?
