Sadly your are just shit out of luck.
No matter if you were actually cheating or not bungie made a tos that saves their ass and doesnt hold them accountable for anything.
Some people will say the same ole corporate bs like “we cant give users any info about their ban for security reasons” which is just BS.
The reason they dont give info is because you cant fight against it when you dont know why you were banned.
So now instead of having to actually having to do the work they can just send out an automated email and ignore you.
So if you were cheating. Get lost
If you werent. Sorry but they wont help you.
Edit: And thats not me just bashing Bungie. Alot of companies do the same exact thing.

finally a good reply. well it seems like I will write a ticket again and wait for the responce and if they don't give me reason I'll just open the next ticket as long as the've completely banned me, I don't care any longer and since destiny is the only bungie game I play I really don't give a shit. what huge bs is it to just ban someone that spents thousands of hours and hundrets of $ for the game and not have the guts to at least give me ANY insight? it's so ridiculous that I don't know if some reports, or my internet connection or a program or whatever got me banned. it mustn't even be the name of the program, just knowing it's a program (if it is) would help so much!

You already got a reply that it was either your work cad software or codemeter. Not sure why you are making another one when we were pretty sure it was the shady amount of networking software you had running on your system
