Your current character doesn’t have any history of your “extra strikes” completed or even any activity that relates to leveling up a character. You have to have an active character to be implied as someone who is legitimately playing and making a clan. If you have friends who are active and wanting a clan made why don’t they make it and invite you?

Because of the clan member limit. Our previous Leader got his account stolen back on ps3 and we're moving on to PC but *we* still want to have that original clan and make this other one and that's it. We don't want to leave the other one for the memories and emotional attachment to the older one. Keep our old accounts on that clan and make this new one to keep newcomers to our clan active. We have around 40 people wanting to have the clan name, but because the other clan is full, hence this one that we can't still make. I will do what the moderator said as they replied now, but thank you!
