Anarchy nerf is necessary
I really don't see where people are coming from when they say the nerf is bad for the game.
It pretty much kills the need to use anything else in almost all endgame content. With and without breach and clear.
I'd be perfectly content to see it removed from the game, just so I could use other exotic weapons without actively handicapping myself. Nevermind a nerf that'll keep it viable in endgame content, just not completely dominant.

Your argument is fine until you get to this part. 1st you can use whatever weapon you want, nobody forces you to use one in specific. Second, a nerf to anarchy is not going to suddenly and magically buff all other exotics, not the way it works chief. Is Anarchy overused? Yes Should it get reworked? Probably yes Are you forced to use it? Negative
