I’m having the exact same issue, I really hope this gets resolved soon or we won’t be able to finish the season. I scanned 3 different things (graffiti, ether tanks, and shank) during my initial visit and went back today to finish the rest and my seasonal quest is stuck at 6 of 9. I’ve tried going to every location over and over standing in different ways, crouching, trying to get a different angle but I can’t get the “scan” prompt to show up for any of them. I’ve tried re-logging into the game, restarting my Xbox. I’ve tried at different times of the day and even traveling to different planets, doing different playlist activities, and then returning to try and reset the area and that didn’t work. This happened on Xbox series X, my account is also cross-platform.
