What's up with the buggie system saying our net connect is bad they gonna fix this issue anytime soon

We pay good money for this game to work when we need it to and we get jipped out of play time cause of the servers cant keep up some of us have 8+ years in this game and bring out solstice just to have us not be able to play come on bungie we support u now u need to support us !!!!
