Tried 4 times now - no answers ?

Hi Guys First of all, I am unable to find my previous posts to see if anyone has offered any help. How do you find a previous post (my email is [REDACTED]). Search is useless and never finds owt! Second of all, I have been unable to play Destiny2 because I cannot upload the 60Gb update!!! Why such a large update ? My 'resume' button just refreshes back to 'resume' everytime I click it when I am trying to resume the upload (having paused it previously). Cheers Brian

  • Hey there, I have removed your email. This is a public forum visible to everyone, and anyone in and outside this forum can potentially use your email when you share it like that. Please don't share your Email. Regarding your first question: you can find your posts by going to your own profile, then click on "Bungie Activity". Alternatively, you can find replies to your posts under Notifications (like my reply should cause you a notification). Regarding your other question, I believe that this an issue that can't be solved by Bungie. You would have to find a way to download the update in other ways, either with another ISP if possible, like going to a friend or downloading via a phone hotspot. I can't answer why that download size is that big, I don't know what's in the file.
