Not all items are available from collections. Some with random rolls cannot be reacquired. Unfortunately if you do not have it now you will need to reacquire it.

No, you aren’t understanding. I had earned them before random rolls were a thing! But I deleted them because bungie said that anything we earned in the past would carry over. And it did, until they moved us from Battle.net to steam.
