So you have already tried to delete the Cvars.xml file completely?
English
-
Hello, Have you tried turning it off and on again?”
-
-
Can you post the content of your current cvars.xml (only the "Graphics" part)?
-
Might I ask the purpose?

<cvar name="fullscreen_refresh_rate_numerator" value="74930" /> <cvar name="fullscreen_refresh_rate_denominator" value="1000" /> Try putting value="144" in the first and value="1" in the second
-
yea still stuck at 60 fps. Should I leave those settings I changed or put them back to the values they were before?
-
As you feel like; in my case, since I have a 75Hz monitor, the values are "75" and "1", but if you feel safer with the precedent values, put them back.
-
hello?
-
what do they affect? What exactly is the second value enabling?
-
not in-game yet but the loading screen still has that steady 60fps
-
By the way, do you play fullscreen or windowed?
-
When I play fullscreen I get screen tearing, but windowed fullscreen kind of fixes that. I actually thought that might be affecting my frames, so I tried playing for a couple of days on fullscreen last week. Nothing improved...
