I'm curious to know what aspects you would consider broken. I hardly ever see these weapons in the wild. What changes do you propose instead?

Edited by Guardian1683: 7/1/2021 4:18:13 AMMaybe for Lumina +10 range and a partial self heal on ally buffs (wouldn’t heal shields though). A reloading perk instead of partial reload perk would keep devils ruin balanced so maybe rapid hit and an additional perk called “Devils onslaught” that would reduce the charge time of the next beam after a beam precision kill.
