Depends those who are in on the purpose of the dredgens arent evil.
Then theres those who arent in on the true purpose and will most likely fall to the whispers of the dark, those are the evil ones.
The reason that drifter gives the dredgen title away is most likely to pokefun at the real dredgens. This is what i recall but i could be wrong.
