5700XT user here and massive improvement with the new driver. I'm running the game at 1080P with an AMD 3950X CPU. The old driver (21.5.1) on Tangled Shore Landing zone: 48 FPS Around the map: 48-70 FPS The new driver (21.6.1) on Tangled Shore Landing zone: 70 FPS Around the map: 66-95 FPS Used the built in Factory Reset option when the new driver was installed. Didn't tweak any settings in the Radeon software after installation and didn't change any graphic settings in D2 either. It's still not pre Beyond Light performance but it's getting there. I haven't tested any other activities at this time.
